Sundial Lodge
Sundial Lodge represents the very essence of mountain casual living. Approximately $1.5 million in renovations were completed in 2013, including new beds, granite countertops, state-of-the-art appliances, slate/tile entryways and much more.
 
Silverado Lodge

This recent addition to the resort features an innovative menu that focuses on ingredients
sourced from local farms and artisan purveyors. Located in the heart of Canyons
Village and overlooking the Ski Beach, The Farm was named one of "Utah's 25 Best Restaurants" in 2015.” This rustic, yet refined restaurant offers both indoor outdoor dining and features a welcoming lounge with an amazing selection of wines.

Jupiter Java

Start your mountain morning with a warm cup of fresh roasted coffee, rich hot chocolate or an herbal tea. Jupiter Java also features homemade breads, fresh baked pastries and for a quick afternoon bite, gourmet sandwiches, assorted salads and cookies

PayDay Pizza
Cuisine: Pizza & Housemade pretzels
Legacy Café offers PayDay Pizza nightly for everyone. Dine-in or take-out fresh baked pizzas or warm pretzels on the deck of Legacy Lodge. Pizza is served by the slice or by the pie.  Enjoy a cold beer as you wrap up your day.

Red Tail Grill

Offering amazing views of the mountain and located on the Ski Beach in the Resort Village, Red Tail Grill features an innovative gastropub menu served in a rustic setting. This is the perfect gathering spot for family-friendly dining and with its outdoor deck on the Ski Beach and Canyons Golf. Featuring local, sustainable, products from: Wasatch Meats, Stone Ground Bakery and Gold Creek Farms.

Umbrella Bar

This classic après ski spot in the Resort Village offers 360 degree views from its unique glass enclosure and a massive outdoor deck with a perfect view of the village music stage. Along with a menu that features signature burgers, there’s also an extensive beer selection.

Cloud Dine

Located on Dream Peak, this ski-in, ski-out restaurant offers guests an entirely new concept in on-mountain dining. Its innovative, made-to-order menu features a combination of uniquely healthy and traditionally hearty selections to keep you fueled for a full day on the mountain. Enjoy fresh wood-fired flatbread pizza or the house-made Chicken Pot Pie.

Lookout Cabin
Cuisine: American Gourmet
Located off the mid-station of the Orange Bubble Express and the top of Short Cut lift, Lookout Cabin is known for its impeccable table-served Rocky Mountain cuisine and incredible views of the Wasatch Range. Indulge in our decadent fondues featuring local Utah cheeses and enjoy a full wine and cocktail bar.
 
Mid Mountain Lodge
Featuring toasted gourmet sandwiches, homemade soups and the Mid-Mountain burger, Mid-Mountain Lodge is the perfect spot to grab lunch on the mountain. We also offer an espresso and snack bar for an early morning bite or late afternoon refuel. Come and enjoy the spectacular views on the expansive deck and the 10th Mountain outdoor grill serving hamburgers, buffalo brats and Reubens.

Miners Camp– **NEW for 2015/2016 season
Cuisine: Fresh American
The new Miners Camp restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a cozy lunch and watch the action. The menu offers daily specials, homemade focaccia pizzas, fresh tossed artisan salads and Mediterranean kabobs and gyros. This brand new mountain Restaurant has 500 indoor seats, a large deck and state of the art food servery. Miners Camp is located at the base of the Silverlode lift and the brand new Quicksilver gondola.
 
Red Pine Lodge
**NEW for 2015/2016: Increased Dining Capacity with ~250 additional indoor seats

A perfect location to relax or grab a quick bite and continue on your winter adventure or just warm up with a cup of hot chocolate and a cookie. Come and sample all of your favorites including our hearty winter beef stew and signature made-to-order salads.

Summit House
Cuisine: Fresh American
The Summit House is the on-mountain spot to get a tasty slice of pizza, our famous bison chili or Summit House Club sandwich from an updated food servery area.  You can easily access the Summit House from 5 different chairlifts - so no matter where you’re coming from or what trail you're skiing next, the Summit House is most likely on your way. 
 
Sun Lodge

Located above the base of Sun Peak Express, this spacious mountain lodge features a mouth-watering made-to-order burrito bar and delicious homemade soups. Warm up with a bowl of the signature posole soup crafted daily by our mountain chefs.

Take a break from the trails at Red Pine Outpost - located atop the Red Pine Gondola. This outdoor dining venue is complete with grab-n-go snacks and select lunch items during lunch hours.
 
The Shack

On a sunny day, there's no better spot to work on your goggle tan than the The Shack's outdoor deck! Grab a quick bite and take in the scene at 3 Kings Terrain Park and the Eagle Superpipe.
 
Tombstone Grill       
Cuisine: BBQ
This outdoor open-air grill features an authentic western barbeque. Sit in the lounge chairs for lunch and enjoy some BBQ before getting back out on the slopes.
 
OUTDOOR ADVENTURES   
        
Alpine Coaster
Climb into the toboggan-style cars of the Alpine Coaster and get ready for the ride of your life. You'll enjoy the beautiful Wasatch mountain scenery as the automated lift system whisks you to the top of the track. Then, hold on tight as you go whizzing down the mountain on nearly 4,000 feet of curves, bends and loops. It's a ride you won't soon forget.
 
Guided Snowshoe Tours
We have a unique network of snowshoe trails hidden among the spectacular skiing. Every guided tour is created with a unique destination, experience or adventure in mind.
 
Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides
Snuggle in for a scenic 30-minute horse drawn sleigh ride through Willow Draw showcasing a night-time winter wonderland after the lifts have closed.

Park City Appoints Manuel Rozehnal New Executive Chef at The Farm

Park City is thrilled to announce Manual Rozehnal's appointment to Executive Chef of The Farm, one of many exciting changes to the dining scene at the resort. To complement Rozehnal's hire and the newly expanded resort's debut this winter, the food and beverage program will also unveil refreshed menus across various dining locations including The Farm, Murdock's Cafe and Red Tail Grill.

Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Resort Announce EpicPromise Grants

Vail Resorts announced more than $1,300,000 in EpicPromise community grants to be awarded to 30 non-profit organizations based in Summit and Wasatch counties. These grants support youth program and environmental initiatives that provide basic needs, connect kids with the outdoors, rehabilitate popular trails and increase educational opportunities for all kids.
